1. Return Eligibility Window
You may return most new, unused items in their original packaging within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Returns received after 30 days may not be accepted.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that are opened, used, or not in their original condition may be subject to a restocking fee or refused.
3. Return Shipping
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
- Change of Mind Returns: For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Please note that our free shipping policy applies only to the original shipment to you and does not cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please email our support team at info@waterrpikshop.it.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct return address. Please do not send your item back without an RA number.

5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2-3 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
